Hi, We are starting a new smolt facility on Frøya and need pricing for the seawater intake. Project lead at Sebastian Nagel AS — first time reaching out to J.S.Cock. Two things on my list: 1. Knife gate valves on the rough-filter line — DN200, PN10, EPDM seal, manual actuator should be fine. Need a handful, exact qty TBC. 2. A pressure-reducing valve on the main intake header before filtration — DN300, electric actuator, must hold a stable downstream setpoint while flow varies. We're sizing the header for ~120 m³/h peak. Can you advise on a suitable model + price? Body in something seawater-resistant (super-duplex or similar). Delivery to Frøya, no firm date yet but H2 this year. EXW or DAP, we are flexible. Could you come back with a recommendation and a rough price? Best regards, Sebastian Nagel Project Lead — Intake Systems Sebastian Nagel AS +47 41 22 88 17

Hi Sebastian, Thanks for reaching out and welcome — good to be considered for the Sebastian Nagel intake project. To give you a tight recommendation and a number you can actually plan against, could you confirm a few details: • Item 1 (knife gate valves, DN200): how many do you need on the rough-filter line? You mentioned "a handful" — even a rough range (3–5? 6–8?) helps us price the right batch. • Item 2 (pressure-reducing valve, DN300): what's the target downstream pressure you want held at the manifold? And what control voltage is available at the cabinet — 24 VDC or 230 VAC? • Delivery: any guidance on H2 timing? Q3 vs Q4 changes which suppliers we'd recommend, given current lead times on super-duplex bodies. With those three pieces we can come back with a model recommendation, a firm price, and ETA. From: sebastian.nagel@nagel-engineering.noSubject: Re: Inquiry valves for Sebastian Nagel intake — a few questions before we quoteReceived: Fri, 8 May 2026 14:48:00 +0200Hi, Thanks for the quick come-back. Numbers below: 1. Knife gate valves DN200: 6 pcs. We have a redundant pair on each of the three filter lanes. 2. PRV DN300: target downstream setpoint is 2.5 bar at the manifold. Control voltage available at the cabinet is 24 VDC, modulating 4–20 mA from the PLC. Delivery target: end of Q3 2026 (latest mid-September) so we can commission before the autumn salmon intake. Let me know if anything else is missing. Best regards, Sebastian Nagel Sebastian Nagel AS +47 41 22 88 17

Subject: RFQ JT999999 — DN200 knife gate valves + DN300 PRV (Sebastian Nagel intake)Dear SISTAG team, We have an inquiry from a new customer (Sebastian Nagel AS, Frøya/NO) for a new seawater-intake project. Could you quote on the following: Item 1 — 6× knife gate valve, DN200 PN10, EPDM seal, manual actuator, wafer connection. Media is raw seawater on a rough-filter line. Item 2 — 1× pressure-reducing valve, DN300 PN16, super-duplex body (or seawater-resistant equivalent), electric modulating actuator (24 VDC, 4–20 mA control), downstream setpoint 2.5 bar. Sized for 120 m³/h peak. Flanged. Delivery to Frøya, end of Q3 2026 (latest mid-September). EXW or DAP both acceptable. If either item falls outside your range, a partial quote on what you can supply is welcome. Kind regards, J.S.Cock A/S sales team
